WRAP (Workflow, Routing & Production) is Image360 Richmond’s live production board, layered on top of our ERP. Work flows left to right through phases — Sales → Onboarding → Design → Production → Built — and each phase contains zones, the individual workflow stages (In Design, Proof Approval, QC…).

The hierarchy is Order → Product → Part, and the part is the atomic unit: drag a whole order, one product, or a single part. Split an order across zones and it appears everywhere it has work, tagged SPLIT.

Each phase has its own view: Collapsed (zone bars only), Stacked (the default), or Columns (a column per zone) — plus ⤢ Focus to solo one phase, ⊕/⊖ to expand or collapse every order, and click any zone bar to fold it. Open ⚙ Settings to customize phases, zones, and color themes. Everything persists in this browser.
